By using RoomService.co.nz, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products
All products are digital gift cards. Product details, including value, expiry, and terms of redemption, are provided on each listing.

2. Delivery
Gift cards are delivered via email within 2 business days. Delivery is not instant.

3. Expiry
Gift cards are valid for the period stated on the product page. If no expiry is stated, cards are valid for at least three (3) years from purchase.

4. Redemption
Each card is subject to the issuing retailer’s terms. We are not responsible for their acceptance or refusal of a card.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • No change-of-mind refunds (digital products only).

  • Faulty or incorrect cards replaced/refunded within 14 days.

  • Lost or stolen cards are the purchaser’s responsibility once delivered.

6. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Afterpay, Stripe or Paypal.

7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from the use or inability to use a gift card.

3. Delivery & Expiry Policy

Delivery

  • Digital gift cards are delivered to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Delivery is not instant — allow up to [timeframe].

Expiry

  • Expiry dates are stated on each product page.

  • If no expiry is stated, the gift card is valid for at least three years.

Faulty Products
Contact us within 14 days if your card is faulty.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds & Returns

  • No refunds for change of mind.

  • Refunds or replacements issued for faulty or incorrect products within 14 days.

6. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 Statement

Our goods are provided in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If your digital product is faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
