How do I place an order?

2. Select your digital product.

3. Complete payment.

4. Your code is delivered after verification.

How long does delivery take?

​

- Generally within 1–24 hours of order, unless closed. When open - delivery is usually within a few hours.

​

What payments do you accept?

​

- Afterpay, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

What information is required?

​

- Name, email, payment method, and ID if requested.

​

Do you ship physical cards?

​

- No. We are 100% digital only.

​

Do you offer refunds?

​

- No. Only supplier-confirmed faulty codes may be replaced.

Refund & Replacement Policy

RoomService.co.nz sells digital prepaid products including gift cards and paysafecard PINs. Because these items are one-time-use digital codes, all sales are final once delivered.

Refunds:

- No refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, accidental purchases, or incorrect email addresses.

- Once a digital code is issued, it cannot be returned, reversed, or resold.

Replacements:

- Only offered when a code is proven faulty at delivery and verified by the issuing supplier.

- Customers must contact us within 72 hours with order details and screenshots.

Non-Replaceable Items:

- Codes that are lost, stolen, emailed incorrectly by the customer, or already redeemed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy – Room Service Limited

 

All cancellation and refund requests are reviewed and processed at the sole discretion of Room Service Limited. If a customer requests a cancellation and refund for an order, any approved refund will be issued for the value of the order excluding any fees incurred. By requesting a refund, the customer agrees to forfeit all non-refundable fees associated with the transaction, including but not limited to payment processing fees, service charges, and third-party platform fees, as these costs are incurred at the time the order is processed.

 

If a customer is found to be, or is reasonably suspected to be, in breach of Room Service Limited’s terms and/or conditions, and their order is cancelled as a result, the customer will also forfeit any fees associated with the order, including payment processing and service fees.
