Availability and Pricing
A variety of non-reloadable digital Gift Cards, codes and/or vouchers (collectively, ‘Gift Cards’) are offered for purchase through our Services. All Gift Cards are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, reject all or any part of an order and to discontinue products without notice, even if you have already placed your order. All prices are subject to change without notice and the price charged will be the price set out on the Services at the time of your order. If you purchase multiple Gift Cards on a single day, the total amount that you purchase on all the Gift Cards cannot exceed NZD$10,000. Gift Cards purchased through the Services are available for use within New Zealand.
Gift Cards
From time to time we may offer other special promotions to incentivise you to purchase Gift Cards and/or to encourage you to get others to do so. The applicable rules will be posted near the description of each such promotion and/or competition. We reserve the right to interpret these rules in our sole discretion, and you hereby agree to our interpretation.
We are not responsible for users’ failure to redeem their Gift Cards before the expiration date.
Unless otherwise stated by the applicable Retailer, Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
Cancellations and Returns
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds on Gift Cards.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Treat your Gift Cards like cash. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Your Gift Card, your responsibility
You are responsible for the use and safety of your Gift Cards. You are liable for all transactions on your Gift Card, except to the extent to which there has been negligence by us. Protect your Gift Card information by viewing it in private to ensure that no one views and records your Gift Card information. We strongly encourage all users to have a passcode on their mobile devices.
Errors
We attempt to be as accurate as possible, however sometimes errors may occur. We do not represent or warrant that any description, Gift Card, Retailer or pricing information displayed on our Services are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. In the event of an error, we will endeavour to correct it as quickly as possible and revise your order accordingly.
Excluded Users and Territories
You are not permitted to purchase products or services from us if: (i) you are located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of, any country to which New Zealand has embargoed goods or services, or that has been designated by the New Zealand Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; or (ii) you are listed on any New Zealand Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Further Terms
Your use of any gift card purchased from Room Service Limited is subject to the limitations and terms and conditions of the merchant whose gift card you have purchased. We are not responsible for any restrictions or terms and conditions of any merchant's gift card.
Room Service Limited is not responsible for merchants that are no longer in business or that change their location(s). Any merchant locations listed at this site are listed as a guide only and Room Service Limited does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.
Room Service Limited does not assume responsibility or liability for the actions, product, or content of any merchant.
Incorrect email address/phone number: If you purchased a digital code/gift card and provided an incorrect email address or phone number, we are not liable to the fullest extent permitted pursuant to applicable law for the delivery of the Card to an incorrect email address or phone number and any use of the load value.
Your Rights
Your rights as a consumer:

Restrictions on dealings with gift cards: You cannot on-sell your Gift Card. If you have received your Gift Card as a gift, you are bound by these Terms and your use of the Card indicates your acceptance of these Terms. As the user of the Card you cannot assign any of your rights or obligations under these Terms. If you have stolen the Card, or purchased it from unauthorized distributors, you are not entitled to the benefits of the Card or these Terms and we have no responsibility to you.
Intellectual property: the patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, registered and unregistered designs, trade or business names, copyrights (including rights in software), database rights, mobile application design and functionality, design rights, rights in confidential information and any other intellectual property rights whatsoever, irrespective of the Gift Card Website shall at all times remain the sole property of Room Service Limited. Nothing herein shall be construed to grant to you any rights and/or interest in and to the intellectual property rights of Room Service Limited.
Our right to assign: We can assign any of our rights or obligations under these Terms, to any other party, subject to that other party assuming our obligations under these Terms. Any change of assignment to another party will be notified on the Website.
Invalidity: If any of these Terms are found to be unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the rest of these Terms. If there are found to be any issues with any of the Terms, we can make changes to them on the Website. Any changes would take place fourteen days after posting to the Website.
Conflict with laws: These Terms will affect your legal rights only to the extent permitted by law. Where the law says you have legal rights that cannot be modified or overridden by the terms of a contract, these Terms will be read subject to those legal rights.
Orders are checked and processed during business hours.
We are open 7 days a week.
Digital Codes purchased will be sent to the email address supplied when purchasing.
Please note that ALL digital codes are only able to be redeemed within New Zealand.
Once a digital order has been confirmed and delivered it cannot be refunded.
Codes/gift cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without permission.
As we care deeply about the digital safety of our customers, incoming orders that is digitally delivered go through a number of security checks, your order is currently undergoing these checks by our system.
In rare cases, we may contact you to confirm your order/ID details quickly by phone or by email. The information will only be requested for the above mentioned purpose and will under no circumstances be disclosed to third parties or used for advertising purposes.
🛒 Gift Card Resale Policy
This Gift Card Resale Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the sale and resale of third-party gift cards ("Gift Cards") on the roomservice.co.nz website ("Site"). By purchasing any Gift Card from this Site, you ("Customer" or "You") agree to this Policy, as well as our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Nature of Products
roomservice.co.nz acts as a reseller of gift cards including, but not limited to, Prezzy Cards, Paysafe Cards, and other prepaid or stored-value digital products.
We do not issue these cards ourselves, nor are we affiliated with the gift card brands unless explicitly stated.
Each Gift Card sold is sourced via authorised channels and is sold "as-is" without modification.
2. Pricing & Service Fees
All Gift Cards are sold at a price that may include:

A digital processing surcharge and/or platform fee (e.g., Afterpay, card delivery, or verification).
The final price will be shown at checkout. Prices are in NZD and includes GST where applicable.
3. Payment Methods
We accept multiple payment methods including Afterpay. Use of Afterpay is subject to their own user terms and credit criteria.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud, misuse, or policy violation is suspected.
4. Delivery
Digital Gift Cards are delivered electronically via email, to the email you provide at checkout.
Delivery typically occurs within 24 hours, during business hours, but delays may occur due to third-party verification, fraud checks, or system outages.
It is your responsibility to ensure delivery details are correct. We are not liable for cards delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
5. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of digital Gift Cards:

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection.
If a Gift Card is faulty, undelivered, or unusable due to technical issues, please contact us at contact4roomservice@gmail.com within 72 hours of purchase. We will work with the supplier or issuer to resolve the issue but do not guarantee reimbursement if the card has already been activated or redeemed.
6. Risk & Responsibility
Upon delivery, you assume full responsibility for the use and security of the Gift Card.
We are not responsible for:

Lost, stolen, or misused cards after delivery

Misuse by third parties, including reselling, unauthorised redemption, or fraud

Incorrect email or delivery details entered by the customer
7. Card Terms Apply
Each Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing brand (e.g., Prezzy, Paysafe).

8. Prohibited Uses
By purchasing Gift Cards through our Site, you agree not to:

Attempt to tamper with or reverse-engineer the digital delivery process
We reserve the right to cancel or block access to customers found violating this policy or misusing the platform.

This Policy outlines the procedures and controls implemented by roomservice.co.nz to detect and prevent money laundering and the financing of terrorism, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009 (“the Act”).
roomservice.co.nz is committed to maintaining the integrity of New Zealand’s financial system and ensuring its products are not used for illicit purposes.
2. Business Overview
roomservice.co.nz is a New Zealand-based e-commerce platform that facilitates the sale and resale of third-party prepaid digital gift cards and vouchers (e.g. Prezzy Cards, Paysafe Cards). These may be purchased through various payment methods, including Afterpay.
roomservice.co.nz is not a financial institution, does not issue financial products, and does not allow user accounts to store or transfer funds. However, as a seller of digital stored-value instruments, we recognise a potential risk of misuse.
