Redeemable for movie tickets including HOYTS LUX tickets, bar items, candy bar items and even merchandise. Not to be used for the purchase of any prepaid Cine-Vouchers or other Gift Cards. Not reloadable or redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen HOYTS E-Gift Cards will not be replaced.

    Digital code orders are not delivered immediately.

    Orders are checked and processed between 8am and 9pm NZ standard time.

    We are open 7 days a week.  

    Digital Codes purchased will be sent to the email address supplied when purchasing. 

    Please note that ALL digital codes are only able to be redeemed within New Zealand.​

    Once a digital order has been confirmed and delivered it cannot be refunded.​

    Code will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without permission.

    As we care deeply about the digital safety of our customers, incoming orders that is digitally delivered go through a number of security checks, your order is currently undergoing these checks by our system.

    In rare cases, we may contact you to confirm your order/ID details quickly by phone or by email. The information will only be requested for the above mentioned purpose and will under no circumstances be disclosed to third parties or used for advertising purposes.

Cancellation and Refund Policy – Room Service Limited

 

All cancellation and refund requests are reviewed and processed at the sole discretion of Room Service Limited. If a customer requests a cancellation and refund for an order, any approved refund will be issued for the value of the order excluding any fees incurred. By requesting a refund, the customer agrees to forfeit all non-refundable fees associated with the transaction, including but not limited to payment processing fees, service charges, and third-party platform fees, as these costs are incurred at the time the order is processed.

 

If a customer is found to be, or is reasonably suspected to be, in breach of Room Service Limited’s terms and/or conditions, and their order is cancelled as a result, the customer will also forfeit any fees associated with the order, including payment processing and service fees.
