  • Valid for 36 months from the date of purchase – our record of your expiry date is final. Redeemable online and at any HOYTS location in NZ. Redeemable for movie tickets including HOYTS LUX tickets, bar items, candy bar items and even merchandise. Not to be used for the purchase of any prepaid Cine-Vouchers or other Gift Cards. Not reloadable or redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen HOYTS E-Gift Cards will not be replaced.

    Digital code orders are not delivered immediately.

    Orders are checked and processed between 8am and 9pm NZ standard time.

    We are open 7 days a week.  

    Digital Codes purchased will be sent to the email address supplied when purchasing. 

    Please note that ALL digital codes are only able to be redeemed within New Zealand.​

    Once a digital order has been confirmed and delivered it cannot be refunded.​

    Code will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without permission.

    As we care deeply about the digital safety of our customers, incoming orders that is digitally delivered go through a number of security checks, your order is currently undergoing these checks by our system.
