Digital code orders are not delivered immediately. Orders are checked and processed between 9am and 5pm NZ standard time on business days, so delays in digital delivery may be expected.
Digital Codes purchased will be sent to the email address supplied when purchasing.
Please note that ALL digital codes are only able to be redeemed within New Zealand.
Once a digital order has been confirmed and delivered it cannot be refunded.
Code will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without permission.

By using RoomService.co.nz, you agree to the following terms:
1. Products
All products are digital gift cards/codes. Product details, including value, expiry, and terms of redemption, are provided on each listing.
2. Delivery
Gift cards are delivered via email within 2 business days.
Delivery is not instant.
3. Expiry
Gift cards are valid for the period stated on the product page. If no expiry is stated, cards are valid for at least three (3) years from purchase.
4. Redemption
Each card is subject to the issuing retailer’s terms.
We are not responsible for their acceptance or refusal of a card.
5. Refunds & Returns
No change-of-mind refunds (digital products only).
Faulty or incorrect cards will be replaced/refunded within 14 days.
Lost or stolen cards are the purchaser’s responsibility once delivered.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Afterpay, Stripe or Paypal.
7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from the use or inability to use a gift card.
8. Delivery & Expiry Policy

Digital gift cards are delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery is not instant — allow up to 48 hours.
Expiry
9. Expiry dates are stated on each product page.
If no expiry is stated, the gift card is valid for at least three years.
10. Faulty Products
Contact us within 14 days if your card is faulty.
11. Refund Policy - Refunds & Returns
No refunds for change of mind.
Refunds or replacements issued for faulty or incorrect products within 14 days.
12. Afterpay Disclosure
